I wasn’t born with a name. It came a few days after I left the hospital, when my parents watched how I moved — gentle, intentional, with grace beyond my days. They looked at me and said, “She’s a Lady.”

Being the last of six children, they almost named me “Last.” But God had other plans.

In Jeanerette, no one ever just called me Lady. It was always “Hey Lady Brown.” And somehow, that phrase became its own rhythm. Familiar. Rooted. Real. A reminder of who I was before the world tried to make me hard.

Over time, life demanded I become more. Tougher. Faster. Quieter. I carried weight I never asked for and wore masks I didn’t choose. But deep down, the girl in me — the Lady — never left. She just waited for me to return.

This brand was born from that return.
